Easy Artichoke Dip
Try this deliciously simple appetizer for your party.
Ingredients...
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup Hellmann'sŪ Real Mayonnaise
1 t. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Directions...
Chop artichoke hearts, fine or chunky, your choice.
In a bowl, mix artichokes, cheese and mayo. Add lemon juice.
Transfer to baking dish and bake at 400* until golden and bubbly all over.
Let cool for 10 minutes. Serve with Wheat Thins or your favorite crackers.
