How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Expected delivery times vary based on our customers location. We process, package & ship online orders Tuesday through Thursday of each week. We also send orders out on Friday for Saturday Ground deliveries with FedEx, but this is limited to specific areas of the country. These areas include New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maine, District of Columbia, Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Delaware, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Arkansas, Virginia & Maryland.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
You will receive a confirmation email once an order is placed and when it is processed. We will send you emails each step of the way. Your tracking number will not be available until the order has been processed by FedEx. You will receive a tracking number for your order as it becomes available.
What days do you ship?
Tuesday through Thursday. Fridays are limited to specific regions where Saturday delivery is possible with Ground Shipping. You can find this at the checkout page when you enter your shipping information. If Ground Shipping is unavailable, then you’re order will be set to ship that following Tuesday.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping cost will be automatically calculated upon entering your shipping information at the checkout page. This is based specifically on the number of items in your cart, number of packages being shipping & the delivery address.
How is the shipment packed?
Our Ravioli are perishable items and are shipped frozen. We use gel packs, inside of an insulated liner to keep them cold during transit. We recommend placing them directly in the freezer upon receipt of your package. Other products, such as our dry noodles, do not require cooler temperatures and are shipped outside of the insulated liner when ordered along with ravioli.
When will I receive tracking information?
You will receive a tracking number for your order as it becomes available. If you have a tracking number you can click here to track your package.
Do I need PayPal account to place an order?
You do not need a PayPal account to place an order.
Who can I contact about my shipment?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as we can. If it is an emergency we invite you to call us at the store at (718) 367-3799.
How do I purchase a Store Credit?
To purchase an Store Credit you can click here or find the Store Credit option on our Shop page. You can then select your desired amount and add it to your cart. On the Checkout page you will see the option at the bottom titled, Coupon Receiver Details. Here you will select whether to have the Coupon sent to you or someone else.
Upon completion of the purchase your customized coupon with the amount of store credit that you purchased will be emailed to you or the receiver. If the coupon is being sent directly to you, it will also be located on your account page, under Coupons.

Can I send Store Credits to someone as a gift?
Absolutely! Store Credits can be purchased for yourself and applied to your personal account AND can also be used as a gift to send to someone else.
Where can Store Credits be used?
Store Credits can only be used online at borgattis.com. We do offer traditional Gift Certificates that can be used exclusively in our store at 632 E 187th St, Bronx, NY 10458.
