We strive to minimize product breakage during transit. However, should your item(s) or package(s) arrive damaged, it is imperative to contact us within 48 hours from the date the package was marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

In cases of damage or dissatisfaction, photographic evidence is required for any refund or online store credit issuance.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.

Borgatti's will not be held liable in the following scenarios:
• If your package is delivered within the 2-day shipping window confirmed by the shipping carrier, but there is no photographic proof of damage to the item(s) or package(s).
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided in the order confirmation and invoice.
• Discrepancies between the received items and the details in the provided order confirmation and invoice.
• Products that do not meet personal taste preferences, as these can vary widely.

SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Box or APO addresses. A physical address is required for us to process and ship your order.

On our website, products are sold in bundles, with larger quantities offering better pricing.

We ensure all perishable items are packed with gel ice packs and insulated liners in each box, maintaining their coolness until delivery. Upon receipt, please freeze these items immediately. Refer to the package instructions for more details.

Pay what you see! We offer flat rate shipping at the best rates available, which is included in the product subtotal.

Orders are shipped out on a first-come, first-served basis from Tuesday through Thursday. They will arrive within 2 days after leaving our facility. As our products are perishable, we do not ship orders from Friday through Sunday, nor on days when we are closed.

GROUND & HOME: Ships from Tuesday to Thursday.

EXPRESS: Ships from Tuesday to Wednesday.
Please note: FedEx Express does not offer weekend deliveries. Orders with 2-Day shipping not processed by Wednesday will be delayed until the following week. This is to prevent packages from being stuck in transit over the weekend.

We've partnered with Local Express, a versatile courier service, to ensure quick delivery within approximately a 30-mile radius from our location. This includes The Bronx, Southern Westchester, Lower Manhattan, and surrounding areas.

We offer nationwide shipping, and you can purchase our products online for delivery.

We also provide local delivery to eligible areas through our local express service.

Upon receipt, freeze your items immediately and refer to the package instructions for further details. When cooking from frozen, do not defrost.

Our dried fettuccine can be stored in a cool, dry place.

All our products, including the dried fettuccine, can be kept for up to 3 months after receipt.

You can keep our fresh pasta in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If you don’t plan to use it within this period, freeze it for up to 3 months. When cooking from frozen, do not defrost.

Our ready-to-bake manicotti is a frozen item and should be placed in the freezer immediately.

Our dried fettuccine can be stored in a cool, dry place.

All our products can be kept for up to 3 months after receipt.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

You can pay for your order with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express). We do not store any payment information.

There are numerous reasons for an order failure, with the most common being an error in the payment processor. Please ensure that the card you are using has sufficient funds and verify whether your bank has refused the transaction.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients, free from artificial preservatives or coloring. When properly stored in the freezer, our products will remain fresh and delicious for approximately 3 months. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or discover any defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Photos are required for any return of funds or for online store credit. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.

Shipping Accuracy: Check your addresses carefully! Our delivery guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the delivery service has to reroute. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO or International addresses.

No weekend deliveries available: Orders ship out Tuesday through Thursday on a first come, first served basis, and will arrive within 2 days after leaving our facility. Due to our products being perishable, we do not ship orders Friday through Sunday.

Please freeze perishable products immediately upon receipt: Perishable products must remain frozen until they are ready to be consumed. Failure to report spoilage within 48 hours of receiving the order will be at the loss of the consumer. Other defects must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of order. Photos are required, for any return of funds or for online store credit. We ship our fettuccine dried, which can be stored in a cool, dry place.
