Reporting an Issue with Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
Please note: Our perishable products are shipped to arrive cool or cold, not frozen. Arriving unfrozen does not necessarily mean a product is damaged or spoiled.
To submit a claim, you must provide:
1. Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Clear photos of the affected products, shipping box, insulated packaging, and ice packs.
All information and photos are required for us to review your claim. Please keep all affected products and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
