Because of its shape and texture, cavatelle is great for holding thick sauces. It also pairs well with sauces prepared with meat, cream, seafood, or vegetables.

Do not defrost when cooking frozen items.

Add cavatelle with a pinch of salt to boiling water. Boil 18-20 mins.
