This is a perishable item. Freeze your items immediately upon receipt. Cavatelle can be stored up to 3 months in the freezer. Sausage can be stored for up to 3 months in the freezer in its original vacuum sealed package.

Do not defrost when cooking frozen items.

Add cavatelle with a pinch of salt to boiling water. Boil 15-18 mins.

Cook sausage (pork) to 145 ºF internal temperature as measured with a food thermometer before removing meat from the heat source.
