Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Meanwhile, melt butter with olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Pour in white wine and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, then simmer for another 2–3 minutes, until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
While the sauce simmers, cook ravioli for 6–8 minutes, then drain.
Finish the sauce by stirring in lemon juice, parsley, and crushed red pepper. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss the cooked ravioli gently in the sauce and serve immediately.
