Boil fettuccine for 5–7 minutes. Drain and add to the pan with the olives and tomatoes. Add lemon juice and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Turn off the heat and toss in the feta. Mix to combine.
Serve topped with fresh basil and additional lemon juice.
