Heat a large sauté pan over a medium heat. Next, add the butter to the sauté pan and cook until brown, about 3 minutes. Then add the honey, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce to the pan. Cook and reduce for 15 mins. Add the chives, reserving some for the garnish.
Add fettuccine with a pinch of salt to boiling water. Boil 5-7 min.
After draining the fettuccine, add it to the sauté pan. Cook down an additional 2-3 minutes if needed to evaporate any excess water from the fettuccine. Toss to combine.
Serve with additional chopped chives.
