FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We ship across the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska with flat rate shipping.

We do not ship to PO Box or APO addresses. You must provide us with a physical address for us to ship your order.

Pay what you see! Shipping is a flat rate, the best rates offered, and included in the product subtotal.

Orders ship out Tuesday through Thursday on a first come, first served basis, and will arrive within 2 days after leaving our facility. Due to our products being perishable, we do not ship orders Friday through Sunday. We also do not ship days we are closed.

Freeze your items immediately upon receipt. Please see package instructions for further details. When cooking frozen, do not defrost.

We ship our fettuccine dried. This can be stored in a cool, dry place.

Products can be kept for up to 3 months upon receiving them.

You can now get our pasta fresh, delivered to your home! We're working with a courier express company that provides doorstep pick-ups and delivery services. This is a courier service, delivering orders in the shortest possible time frame to the eligible areas, this could be by car, scooter, or bike. The Bronx, Southern Westchester, Lower Manhattan and the surrounding areas are eligible.

Orders for local delivery are placed through an external website. You can also download our app, “Borgatti’s Ravioli” through Google Play or the App Store.

Manufactured in a facility, on shared equipment, that uses Milk; Egg; Crustacean shellfish; and Wheat ingredients. Please refer to each product package or product page on our website for a full ingredients list.

We do not make gluten-free or vegan products.
